
Our coffee is roasted fresh in cast iron skillets, a time-honored method traditionally used in Peru that we learned firsthand while traveling there in 2021. This hands-on roasting process brings out deep, complex notes and careful consistency in every batch. The result is a rich, medium-dark roast coffee with bold flavor and a smooth, satisfying finish.
I am proud to have served my country as a Marine after I graduated from High School. I love our country and am thankful for the freedoms that we have.
